Release 0.10.2

The latest hotfix is out!
Containing a couple of fixes for bugs reported by the communitty.

• Applications disappearing from the device while being open in the computer.
• Automatically switching to a new application when added.
• Pressing the button on the device in the splash screen caused the last open application to be displayed.
